RETURNS
You may return new, unused, and unopened products at no additional cost to you as a part of our 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you have opened your products and decide that you are not satisfied for any reason, you will still receive a full refund, however, we do request that you contact us before returning your products for further instructions.
EXCHANGES
If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.
REFUNDS
You should expect to receive your refund within 10-14 days of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
